MerKaBa is the energy field or Light Body that surrounds all manifest things. In relation to us, it is the vehicle (Ka) for our consciousness to reside in. Mer means Light and Ba means Spirit, so literally translated it is Light-Body-Spirit or simply Lightbody

Everybody has a Merkaba or in fact multiple Merkabah, a fully activated Merkaba works in a similar way to a temple built to Divine proportions. Through the Divine proportions and speeds of the Merkaba field, energy is drawn in from above to that specific level be it the physical, emotional, mental or any other level, resulting in much change to the practitioner.

Sound Merkaba activation practice enhances all spiritual work by it's very nature due to the resulting "better functioning" spiritual vehicles, it is the process of instantly and quite massively improving the vehicles and channels that connect us with Soul, it is the process of tuning in on that level to Source energy, it is the process of connecting more fully with our higher selves.

What IS Merkaba

A Merkaba is made up of 3 primal movements, forming a sphere within which creation exists. Hence before anything is able to manifest there must first be a Merkaba, which holds the space for the “thing” to exist within. This is true for all objects for a pebble to a galaxy including the human body. It is the process of activating these Merkaba, to Divine ratio's, on each of our levels, that is the practice of The Golden Heart Merkabah Of Creation.

What Is Activating Our Merkaba All About

When we use this method of Merkaba activation, we are activating our Light-body for each level we reside on, which includes the physical, emotional, mental and more. Each Merkaba at each of these levels is in a specific geometric shape built to Divine proportions. On the physical level we have the star-tetrahedron, on the emotional we have the octahedron, on the mental plane we have the cube and it is a different geometric shape for each level after this. Originally these geometrically shaped vehicles of light were spinning at a more perfect rate, allowing us to be more connected to Source,  however over millenia these Merkaba have fallen out of sync and now, in the majority of people, spin at speeds un-conducive to being fully connected with Source / our Divine selves. The result is that humanity fell into a long period of darkness and dis-connection from Source, from our true authentic Divine selves which in turn self-perpetuated the dis-connection and residence in the lower vibrations. So you can see that by bringing these Merkaba back on-line could be quite a profound act!

There are two distinct ways to activate the Merkaba, one is by fully embracing unconditional Love, which, in theory, will automatically attune your Merkaba to this Divine vibration. The other is to activate it to this same vibration using a scientific method, taking the formulas and knowledge and manually turning the Merkaba on. Both are valid and the first one will surely be the preferred method once humanity has reached a certain level of evolution, until then the best way is the second method which, once done, takes the person to that same unconditional state of oneness, peace, joy, connectedness and other higher vibratory states. In a place perfectly alligned with Source, in a place where everything becomes clear. It is an amazing place to be.

As most people reading this are aware, we are in the midst of a great shift on the planet, one that has been happening for quite a few years. This shift is really big and in a way is why many of us are here now. On the outside it seems the world has gone mad, with financial meltdown, natural disasters, public uprising's, tyrant governments being overthrown etc. This is much the same on a micro scale in peoples personal lives too and as most people are aware of is the process of cleansing and releasing that which needs to be released in order to move forward and make this shift in consciousness. These energies being released are happening on all levels and being felt most on the physical and emotional as this is where we are shifting from.
